Initiate Your Request
Contact our industrial support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Disassemble the fan components and pack them securely in the original heavy-duty industrial packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and manuals are included.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate and arrange for a freight pickup or drop-off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
